About Us

When my father was losing his courageous 14-year battle with Multiple Myeloma, he asked me to stop being afraid to live. After he passed, he came to me in a dream and said, "you have to stop dying." Initially, this confused me, as this man, my hero, had been the one to die. But, then it came to me. In fearing his loss, in worrying for my children, in stressing over work and money, I had stopped being truly alive.

That is the moment when Life Escape Retreats was born.

Our mission is to help you start living again, despite a culture that often keeps us from the things we need most—to relax, explore, connect, and restore.
